月に一枚、ケント・レコード (Kent Record)のCDを聞いてゆこうと
思っていましたが、なんとか、聞いています。
親会社のエイス (ACE)まで聞き始めてしまって大変です。

これは、エイス・レコードです。
ソングライターシリーズで、キンクスのレイ・デイヴィス (Ray Davis)です。

色々なタイプの曲書ける人なんですが、
やはり、リフが中心の曲が多いです。
その中でこの曲はメロディアスで良い感じの曲です。
ずっと、プリテンダーズ (The Pretenders)の
クリッシー・ハインド (Chrissie Hynde)のために書いた曲だと思っていました。
ウォータールー・サンセットみたいな曲は、
あまりカバーしなんだなとわかりました。(笑)
